When we first opened Seven Jars Distillery, we knew it would be quite a number of years before our Seven Jars Special Reserve Bourbon would be ready (it still isn't!). So we sought out a high quality, flavorful bourbon that reflected our style and named it Preamble - the perfect name for the pre-cursor to the Special Reserver! This bourbon has already become one of our best sellers with it's smooth, flavorful finish.
