1 Product Pickup and Delivery
1.1 Do you provide shipping as an option?
We are not allowed to ship any liquor! Any of the Ava Gardner wines and brut sparkling wine are able to be shipped anywhere in the country. All wines (including all Seven Jars labeled wines) are able to be shipped anywhere in North Carolina. We are also able to ship our Seven Jars Bloody Mary Mix to any location in the US.
1.2 Where can I pick up my order?
We will begin assembling your order as soon as we receive it, unless we get it during the hours we are closed. Once it is ready for pickup, you will be notified at the email address you provided on your order and can pick it up at our Seven Jars Distillery at 6148-A Brookshire Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28216.
1.3 Can I pick up my order on Sunday?
Unfortunately we are closed on Sundays and are unable to fill orders or arrange for pickup on those days. Additionally, if your order includes any of our Spirits we are not allowed to sell Spirits on any days that the North Carolina ABC Stores are not open, which includes Sundays and many major holidays.
1.4 When will my order be ready?
Most orders are filled on the same day that we receive them. If your order includes Hand Sanitizer, it is possible that there will be a delay in processing as we are constantly restocking that item. If you have not heard back within 24 hours of placing your order, please feel free to reach out to us through your personal account dashboard, OR call us at (704) 919-0278. We will be happy to provide you with an update on your order status.
2 Hand Sanitizer
2.1 Is your hand sanitizer approved for protection against COVID-19?
Our hand sanitizer is produced in accordance with the FDA requirements for Hand Sanitizer under 27 CFR 21.76 Formula No. 40-B. It contains a mixture of 80% Denatured Ethanol Alcohol, blended with Glycerin, Hydrogen Peroxide and distilled water. This formula has been approved under the Temporary Policy for Manufacture of Alcohol for Incorporation Into Alcohol-Based Hand Sanitizer Products During the Public Health Emergency (COVID-19) published by the FDA.
2.2 Does your hand sanitizer include any additional additives such as Aloe or scent?
Our hand sanitizer does not include any additives beyond those included on the Drug Facts label (included below). Under the Temporary Policy for Manufacture of Alcohol for Incorporation Into Alcohol-Based Hand Sanitizer Products During the Public Health Emergency (COVID-19) approved by the FDA, we adhere to a strict formula that does not allow the use of any additional additives. You will note that our hand sanitizer has a fairly "watery" consistency, due to the fact that it is 80% alcohol, with a small amount of glycerin added.
